Essential Information
Please note that we only accept cheques or postal orders as payment for the time being. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience! We recommend that you print out the Order Form and fill in the requested information, or provide the information in letter form, and send to us together with payment. Cheques should be made payable to “Mainly Blue”.
All goods are subject to availability. The normal delivery time is around 21 days (most of the designs are made up specifically and come to you direct from the manufacturer), but we will inform you if there is likely to be any delay.
The prices quoted are currently inclusive of postage and packaging within the UK. All goods are despatched by recorded or registered delivery to ensure safe delivery and will therefore require a signature upon receipt.
Should any item supplied not meet with your approval, for whatever reason, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt (unused and in the original packaging) and we will gladly exchange it or refund payment. Proof of posting needs to be obtained, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
If, exceptionally, you find an item damaged on receipt, please advise us immediately by phone or e-mail. In this case we will also pay the postage charges you incur in returning the item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We can assure you that we never pass on customer details to a third party except in connection with specific delivery purposes.
We have tried to reproduce colours as accurately as possible and have given the earring dimensions for your reference. But please don’t hesitate to phone during shop opening hours (11 to 5.30, Tuesday to Saturday) if you require further information before ordering or if you have any queries about your order. We are happy to be of service!
